Dynamic Imaging LLC Completes Capital Raise

WEST CONSHOHOCKEN, PA – April 19, 2005 – Dynamic Imaging LLC has successfully completed the arrangement of $7 million of growth capital. This growth capital will be deployed by Dynamic Imaging for select acquisitions and the build-out of a national marketing and sales organization. The capital is being provided by Capital Resource Partners, a leading private equity firm based in Boston, MA.
