Perfect Order, Inc. Acquired by Versatile Mobile Systems Inc.

WEST CONSHOHOCKEN, PA. – April 27, 2005 – Perfect Order, Inc., a leading enterprise IT solution provider and value-added reseller of technology products based in Mechanicsburg, PA, announced today that it has been acquired by Versatile Mobile Systems Inc. (TSX.V: VMS), a developer and provider of mobile business solutions.
